Three Sentence Ficathon

A boom of thunder wakes Martin just after dawn, and rain spatters the windows of the cabin; Jon is somehow still asleep, his head a warm weight on Martin's shoulder.

Martin fully intends to make his way into the kitchen and put the kettle on, but he has a pretty good idea of how little sleep Jon has gotten over the past few months. He'll stay put for the time being.
