"Is it?—oh, yeah, of course, since October thirteenth was—the bride and groom were both born on Friday the thirteenth, you see, and they got engaged on a Friday the thirteenth, but after everything Adrien said about not even being able to go schedule their wedding in Paris until after they're both eighteen, I was only thinking it's Marinette's eighteenth birthday. That works out, though: if their wedding date has strategically directed bad luck already, then we don't have to make sure someone walks under a ladder or opens an umbrella indoors or loses money at a casino, and we don't have to find a black cat ears headband for the ringbearer or an actual black cat, and we won't have to worry about anyone breaking mirrors or bones—and trust me, Marinette will worry."
